Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Center Operations Coordinator to join their client's team in Oregon. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a vital role in supporting enterprise-wide strategic initiatives through the development and implementation of adoption frameworks and reporting tools.

Position Overview

The Center Operations Coordinator is responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing analytics capabilities to measure the impact and adoption of various projects across the organization. This role requires collaboration with internal teams to contribute to projects of varying sizes and complexities, emphasizing actionable data and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and document repeatable processes for tracking metrics, gathering feedback, and driving data-informed decisions.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and metric-based reporting to assess project adoption and performance.
  • Support the creation and execution of communication and rollout plans for initiatives.
  • Translate findings into clear, insightful summaries to guide decision-making.
  • Identify, integrate, and analyze data to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure operational effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support for project management, including data compilation and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent project management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-focused mindset.
  • Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation using tools such as Smartsheet.
  • Ability to distill complex data into clear, concise insights.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and a proactive approach to idea sharing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

This role offers a competitive pay range, with a minimum pay of $18 per hour and a maximum pay of $20 per hour.
